I have the NYC translucent loose powder which i LOVE.� So when i needed a compact for my purse i decided to get the pressed powder by�NYC.� The compact really sucks so i popped it out and put it in the covergirl compact i had.� The powder is way too white for my skintone but it does keep�me oil free.�I dont want to throw it out so ill probably keep it and use it lightly with a powder brush.

Pros: dirt cheap and it does keep me oil free.
Cons: too white

This is my HG pressed powder. It makes my skin matte for hours without looking too dry and doesn't leave a white cast or looking like powder. Plus it's really cheap. I don't really like the packaging because sometimes the bit of loose powder will settle in at the sides and when you open the case, it can be a bit of a mess.

Pros: Looks matte but not powdery, price
Cons: Packaging
